About Kailey Jacomet

Kailey Jacomet is a U.S. lawyer and founder of Brandlaw Boutique, a law firm that helps entrepreneurs protect their brand. A born traveler, Kailey has lived in the US, Canada, China, and Thailand and traveled throughout the world. During law school, she worked for the U.S. IP Attaché to Southeast Asia at U.S. Embassy Bangkok and continued to build a focus in trademark and copyright law at Thailand’s oldest and top law firm, Tilleke & Gibbins, helping businesses protect their IP in emerging markets. Life brought Kailey back to the US, where she served as a federal prosecutor and state government attorney for a few years until the birth of her baby nomad. That’s when Kailey decided to “escape the 9-5”, become location independent, and get back to doing what she loves.
