My name is Andrea Loubier, I’m the CEO of Mailbird, an E-Mail Tech startup and I’m from the US.
Before I was kind of living in the other part of the island of Bali and I kind of moved a little closer to this area and Canggu. I was looking for some other places to work. I stumbled apon Dojo, came to check it out and loved it!
I’ve been to a couple of coworking spaces here, for sure, by far, it’s the people and the community and the events, all kinds of fun stuff. There is definitely something special here, that I have not seen in any of the other coworking spaces. It’s just fun, I enjoy coming in to work. You get to meet great people, and get to network and learn a lot of really cool things because people specialize in all kinds of different things that maybe you are not super skilled with.
Not only friendships, like really great friendships, and people that you can do fun stuff with, that you maybe always wanted to do but never have the courage to do, maybe like surfing. Great social relationships here, also great partnerships. There is other people here that are doing stuff with affiliate marketing, or finance, you get to know these people and help you with some of the challenges you are working on within your business – so that is cool.
The very best thing, is the people, because the people here are really amazing and it’s actually what makes this a great place to come to. Not only to work, it’s really motivating. When I come here, I’m very productive, I get to be around other people that are very passionate about what they are doing. That helps and bleads to my mindset when I come into this space.
Do it! If you are looking for a coworking space, or just a great community or a place to meet great people and work, this is definitely my favorite and the best. Great location, good food – So just do it.
